Clearview / Cybersecurity & Fraud Awareness
How to tell a real call from a scam.
Medicare is a favorite target for fraud, precisely because it is confusing and high-stakes. Here is what we will and will not do, so you have something to measure a suspicious call against.
What we will never do
If any of this happens, it is not us.
- Unprompted number requests
- We only ask for identifying details on a call you started, or one you agreed in advance to receive.
- Pressure to decide now
- No countdown, no "this offer ends today", no reason you cannot hang up and call us back on the number below.
- Gift card or wire payment
- We never take payment for Medicare guidance. Our services cost you nothing.
- A call claiming to be Medicare
- We are Clearview Health LLC, a licensed insurance agency. Medicare does not cold-call people to sell plans.
If something feels wrong
Hang up. We would rather you check than guess — call us directly on the number below, and we will confirm whether the call was really us.
You can also report suspected Medicare fraud to 1-800-MEDICARE or at Medicare.gov.
