By enrolling in the Clearview Health Member Care SMS Program during a recorded enrollment call with a licensed Clearview Health LLC agent, you provide prior express written consent to Clearview Health LLC (and its affiliates) and its service providers to send text messages to the mobile number you’ve provided for this purpose using an automated dialing system. You understand that your consent is not required to purchase any product or service, and that you are consenting specifically to Clearview Health LLC — consent is not transferred from any third party. Clearview Health LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and obtains individual consent before initiating any SMS or automated call contact.

You affirm that you are the owner of the mobile device linked to your enrollment in the SMS Program, and you are responsible for any messages sent from that device. You acknowledge that text messages are not encrypted, and that third parties may sometimes intercept or falsely appear to send messages on behalf of Clearview Health LLC. You agree not to send confidential or sensitive information to Clearview Health LLC or its affiliates via text message. By continuing to use the SMS Program, you accept that Clearview Health LLC is not liable for any unauthorized access, interception, or issues related to text communication delivery. Neither Clearview Health LLC nor any wireless carrier is liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and by enrolling in the SMS Program, you agree to cover any associated charges. Clearview Health LLC does not charge for use of the SMS Program itself.

Message frequency varies. Enrolled members may receive up to 4–8 messages per month depending on plan activity, enrollment status, and benefit reminders. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP or CANCEL. After doing so, you will receive one final message confirming your choice to unsubscribe. To rejoin, simply reply START or YES, and you will receive confirmation of your re-enrollment. Reply HELP at any time for assistance. You can also opt out by calling 888-596-1830 or emailing info@clearviewmedicare.com. You agree to notify Clearview Health LLC promptly if your mobile phone number changes. By enrolling in the SMS Program, you acknowledge and consent to Clearview Health LLC’s Privacy Policy. Clearview Health LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS Program at any time without notice.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
