You turn enrollment, retention, and call data into answers. Your work shows our agents, members, and carrier partners what is working and what is not.

What the work looks like.
What you will do
- Build and maintain reports on enrollment, retention, and member outcomes.
- Find out why members stay or leave, and tell the teams that can act on it.
- Check data between our systems and carrier files, and fix the gaps.
- Measure marketing, agent, and service performance with clear, honest numbers.
- Write the query, build the dashboard, and explain the result to people who are not analysts.
- Handle member data under HIPAA and carrier privacy rules.
What you bring
- Strong SQL, and comfort with Excel or Sheets.
- Experience with a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Two or more years analyzing business data. Health insurance experience helps.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, or equal experience.
Helpful, not required
- Python or R.
- Experience with Medicare enrollment, claims, or CMS reporting.
- Experience with BigQuery or a similar warehouse.
